Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges – Best Skin Clinic

At Best Skin Clinic, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase.

*Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges for opened, unsealed, or used products unless an allergic reaction occurs. Please see our Allergic Reactions policy below for further details.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@bestskinclinic.ca with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Phone Number
  • Item(s) for return or exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Alternatively, items can be dropped off at our clinic during business hours. If exchanging a product, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

 

Allergic Reactions

We recognize that skincare products may not always be suitable for every skin type. If you experience an allergic reaction, we will refund or provide a credit for the affected product.

Please note:

  • Reactions must be reported within 48 hours of first use.
  • We may require photos or a doctor’s note to confirm the reaction was caused by our product.
