Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.

Shipping Information

• Enjoy free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $200 CAD (before taxes).
• Orders under $200 CAD (before taxes) will incur a $7.95 CAD standard shipping fee (Canada only).
• For U.S. orders, shipping is $9.99 CAD for purchases under $250 CAD.
• Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $250 CAD.
