HOW TO USE:

Morning Routine

1. Gentle Cleanser – Massage onto damp skin for 60 seconds, then rinse.

2. Daily Power Defense – Apply 1–2 pumps to protect against UV rays, blue light, and pollution with antioxidant support.

3. Pigment Control Crème 2% HQ – Apply 2 pumps evenly over the entire face.

4. Exfoliation Accelerator – Apply 2 pumps. Start 3x per week, increasing to daily use as tolerated. For oily skin, use every other day or daily.

5. Sunscreen – Apply every morning (not included in kit). Daily use is essential.

Evening Routine

1. Gentle Cleanser – Same as morning.

2. Daily Power Defense – Optional; use if skin feels dry.

3. Pigment Control Crème 2% HQ – Apply 2 pumps evenly.

4. Starting Week 2 – Mix 1 pump Pigment Control + Blending Crème 2% HQ with 1 pump Wrinkle + Texture Repair. Apply 2 nights per week, increasing by 1 night every 2–3 weeks until nightly use is reached.

Extra Hydration (as needed) – After hydroquinone, apply:

Hydroquinone Tapering Schedule

• Month 4: Weeks 1–2 (4 days/week), Weeks 3–4 (3 days/week)

• Month 5: Weeks 1–2 (2 days/week), Weeks 3–4 (1 day/week)

• Month 6: Discontinue use

Important Reminders

• Apply hydroquinone products to the entire face, not just dark spots.
